This includes pre-arrival communications, arrival and welcome, accommodations or setting, service flow, staff interactions, dining and spa if applicable, and departure. I also evaluate the aesthetics and cleanliness of each space, as these details greatly shape how your guests feel at every touchpoint and where there are opportunities to exceed expectations.

After an initial consultation to understand your priorities, I visit your property or experience as a guest, discreetly and without disrupting your team. I observe every aspect of the guest journey as it naturally unfolds. Within a few days, I deliver a detailed, actionable report of my findings with specific recommendations to help refine and elevate the experience. If desired, I can also conduct a live debrief session with you or your team to discuss next steps.
